  • Do I Need to Provide My Own Design Files? Not necessarily, customers typically need to provide their own design files in DXF, EPS, AI, PDF, supporting SVG, STL format if they have already designed their project and to reduce cost of their project. But depending on the nature of your project, we can usually do the design work for you, or if need be on the rare occasion out source the specific file.
  • What is the Maximum Size of Material That Can Be Cut & Machined? The maximum sheet size of the material that can be cut is 1600mm x 2600mm & up to 50mm thick (Depending on material & project type. For 4th Axis Rotary Machining, stock can be up to 1400mm long & generally 100mm wide. However wider stock can be machined after some additional pre-processing of the stock, and may slightly lower the length of stock capability by max 50mm.
